Bellwether has contributed to the success of numerous industries including; Retail Manufacturing, Automotive, Consumer Products, Private Equity, Beverage, Chemical, Food, Global Logistics, as well as Public Health, Medical Devices, Pharmaceutical and the Departments of Defense and Homeland Security. Bellwether solutions range from carbon footprint, green supply chain, corporate social responsibility (CSR), environmental policy development, e-Sourcing, lean healthcare, sales and operations planning, lean six sigma, and greenhouse gas training and education. Whilst we can’t guarantee a specific return on investment (ROI), historically our lowest ROI has exceeded 10X. We won’t accept a consulting assignment unless we can forecast a 10X ROI or higher.
